The North East Preschool offers programs for three-year-olds as well as pre-kindergarten programs for four-year-olds. The preschool uses the Creative Curriculum as well as the PA State Pre-Kindergarten Standards in developing activities and themes, which are tailored to children’s interests and needs. Opportunities for field trips, special events, and children’s programs are offered throughout the year in addition to traditional themes. The calendar closely follows the North East School District, with a few exceptions.
PROGRAMS AND TUITION:
Three-year-old programs:
- Two-day (Tues and Thurs; 8:45-11:45 am) $720 per year or $80 per month
- Three-day (Mon, Wed, Fri; 8:45-11:45 am) $918 per year or $102 per month
Four-year-old programs:
- Three-day (Mon, Wed, Fri; 12:15-3:15 pm) $918 per year or $102 per month
- Five-day AM (Mon – Fri; 8:45-11:45 am) $1638 per year or $182 per month
- Five-day PM (Mon – Fri; 12:15-3:15 pm) $1638 per year or $182 per month
Tuition payments are due on the first of each month from July to March in the form of check or money order made payable to North East Preschool. Discounts are offered for families with multiple children enrolled and tuition assistance is available for those who qualify.
Requirements for registration:
- Child must be age-appropriate for selected program by May 31 of calendar year
- Child must be toilet-trained (no pull-ups for daily use)
- $50 non-refundable registration fee made payable to North East Preschool (no cash)
